Frequently asked questions
We have a 7-day, return policy, on condition that the item was not damaged due to usage. If the issue is a factory defect, we will shoulder shipping for return and replacement. If the issue is size and we asked for confirmation, shipping will be for client’s account.
In case we cannot provide a replacement, we can provide refund. If the item was purchased through our dealer, please return to the dealer for processing.
